| 摘 要： | 目的探讨膀胱容量测定仪(Bladderscan)在神经源性膀胱患者间歇导尿中的临床价值。方法对20例因神经源性膀胱接受间歇导尿的患者分别采用膀胱容量测定仪和导尿法进行了384次膀胱内尿量的测定,比较二者之间的相关性与差异性。结果膀胱容量测定仪测得的膀胱容量为(405.7±119.3)ml,而导尿法测得的膀胱容量为(371.4±122.7)ml(P<0.01)。相关分析显示,两组数据高度相关(r=0.91,P<0.01)。75.5%的测量的差异值在±50ml之间。结论膀胱容量测定仪对于神经源性膀胱患者的间歇导尿具有一定的指导价值。
