| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者的生活质量及其相关因素。方法研究对象为100例稳定型心绞痛患者，100例排除冠心病者作为对照，采用SF-36量表(36-Item Short-Form)对两组患者进行健康状况问卷调查，采用多元线性回归模型对冠心病患者的健康相关生活质量(health-related quality of life, HRQOL)的影响因素进行分析。结果稳定型心绞痛患者的HRQOL和非冠心病组比较，除了在情感作用维度方面外，一般健康、躯体功能、躯体疼痛、躯体角色、精神卫生、社会功能、活力各个维度降低。多元线性回归模型分析显示，年龄和性别是冠心病患者HRQOL的独立预测因子。结论冠心病影响患者的生活质量，临床治疗护理时要注意提高冠心病患者的生活质量。
