| 摘 要： | 目的 观察头针结合语言训练治疗智力低下儿童语言迟缓的临床疗效.方法 将40例智力低下患儿配对分为两组,每组各20例,治疗组采用头针结合语言训练治疗,对照组采用语言训练常规治疗.3个月为1个疗程.比较治疗前后的Gesell发育商(DQ)适应性评分和语言DQ评分.结果 治疗后两组的适应性DQ和语言DQ评分均较治疗前增高(P<0.05);治疗后两组比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 头针结合语言训练治疗智力低下儿童语言障碍优于单纯语言训练治疗.
