| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的主要影响因素。方法对92例老年膝骨关节炎患者进行36项健康调查量表(SF-36)评估、视觉疼痛模拟评分(VAS)、5次坐-立试验、10 m步速测试、3 m起立-行走测试和膝关节影像学分级、内科慢性病数目等相关因素采集。结果膝痛VAS评分、膝骨关节炎病程、内科慢性病数目、10 m步速与SF-36总分相关(P<0.01)。结论疼痛、膝骨关节炎病程、慢性合并症数目和步行能力是老年膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的主要影响因素,其中膝关节疼痛程度是重要影响因素。
