| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响脊髓损伤患者康复疗效的相关因素。方法对226 例脊髓损伤患者进行回顾性分析。结果康复疗效与性别、职业、学历无关；与康复介入时间、并发症、住院费用、损伤程度、损伤节段有关。结论康复介入时间、并发症、住院费用、损伤程度及损伤节段是影响脊髓损伤患者康复疗效的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore correlative factors with rehabilitation outcomes in spinal cord injury(SCI).Methods 226 patients were reviewed.Results Rehabilitation outcomes did not correlated with sex,occupation,and education,but correlated with the time of rehabilitation intervention,complications,hospital costs,injury severity and injury segment.Conclusion The time of rehabilitation intervention,complications,hospital costs,injury severity and injury segment are main factors related with rehabilitation outcomes of patients with SCI. |
