| 摘 要： | 目的探讨康复指导与家庭训练相结合的方式对亚急性期脑卒中患者运动功能和生活能力的影响。方法89例亚急性脑卒中患者分为对照组43例和康复组46例,两组均接受神经科常规药物治疗,康复组予以康复指导及训练。结果经过60天左右治疗,康复组简式Fugl-Meyer评定、Barthel指数评分明显提高（均P〈0.01）。结论康复指导与家庭训练相结合对亚急性期脑卒中患者运动功能和生活能力有明显的改善作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation guidance combined with family training on motor function and activities of daily living of subacute stroke.Methods 89 patients with subacute stroke were divided randomly into two groups,control group(43 cases)and rehabilitation group(46),receiving routine neurological medication.In addition,rehabilitation group received rehabilitation guidance and training in the meantime.Results After 60 days of rehabilitation training,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)and Activities of Daily Living improved significantly(P<0.01;P<0.001).Conclusion Rehabilitation guidance combined with family training is effective to improve motor function and activities of daily living of subacute stroke. |
