穿戴式头穴康复设备的设计与实现

摘    要:目的 设计一种新型穿戴式头穴治疗设备,验证其可行性、安全性和有效性。方法 基于头部经络走行、可穿戴及经颅电刺激原理,设计头部穿戴装置。将2015年6月至2018年2月收治的80例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(n = 40)和观察组(n = 40)。对照组进行常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用穿戴式头穴设备治疗,共4周。采用Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定治疗前后运动功能和日常生活活动能力。治疗过程中观察该设备的安全性能和操作的稳定性,记录应用此设备治疗前后患者的体温、脉搏、呼吸、血压等。结果 成功制作原型机。治疗前,两组FMA评分、MBI评分无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。治疗后,两组FMA评分、MBI评分均较治疗前提高( t > 2.448, P < 0.05),观察组评分高于对照组(| t| > 2.202, P < 0.05)。采用该设备治疗过程中患者体温、脉搏、呼吸均未发生变化,血压未见升高。 结论 本文设计的穿戴式头穴康复设备安全可靠、可操作性强,可有效提高缺血性脑卒中患者的运动功能和日常生活活动能力。

Abstract:Objective To design a type of wearable cephalic stimulator and verify its feasibility, safety and effectiveness.Methods The wearable cephalic stimulator was designed based on transcranial electric stimulation and the meridian. From June 2015 to February 2018, 80 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group (n = 40) and treatment group (n = 40). The control group accepted routine rehabilitation, and the treatment group was treated with the wearable cephalic stimulator additionally, for four weeks. They were assessed with Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) before and after treatment. While, the safety and stability of the device were observed, and the temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, etc. of the patient were recorded.Results The prototype was successfully produced. There was no significant difference in the scores of FMA and MBI between two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The scores of FMA and MBI significantly increased in both groups (t > 2.448, P < 0.05), and they were higher in the observation group than in the control group (| t| > 2.202, P < 0.05) after treatment. The temperature, pulse, and breathing did not change during the treatment with this device, and blood pressure did not increase. Conclusion The wearable cephalic stimulator is safe, reliable and operability, and could effectively improve the motor function and activities of daily living in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
