| 摘 要： | 诱发电位因能在术中连续、适时地监护脊髓功能，已广泛地应用于脊柱矫形术中。但是，术中诱发电位受术中多种因素的影响，如何提高术中神经监护的准确性仍是一个需要探索的问题。本文就术中神经监测在脊柱外科矫形术中的应用及术中电位变化原因进行综述。

| Abstract: | Evoked potentials which can monitor spinal cord function in operation continuously and timely has been widely used in spinal orthopedics.However,intraoperative evoked potentials are affected by the technique in a variety of factors,how to improve the accuracy of intraoperative monitoring is still a problem to explore.In this paper,intraoperative nerve monitoring application and intraoperative potential reasons for the changes in the spine surgery orthopedic surgery were reviewed. |
