| 摘 要： | 目的探讨远程家庭康复指导对脑梗死患者的日常生活活动能力和运动功能的影响。方法脑梗死恢复期患者101例,分为对照组50例和康复组51例,对康复组进行远程家庭康复指导治疗。治疗前和治疗后3个月分别对两组病例采用Barthel指数(BI)和简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)进行评定。结果两组患者治疗前BI、FMA评分无显著性差异,治疗后康复组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论远程家庭康复指导对脑梗死偏瘫患者的日常生活能力和运动功能有促进效果。
