益气活血中药对链脲佐菌素致糖尿病脑病小鼠行为学的改善作用

目的观察益气活血中药对链脲佐菌素(STZ)致糖尿病脑病小鼠行为学的改善作用。方法用1％STZ腹腔注射法建立糖尿病性脑病小鼠模型。将50只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药大、中、小剂量组，分别进行避暗反应及Morris水迷宫行为测试，观察其学习记忆能力。结果益气活血中药对STZ致糖尿病小鼠无明显降糖作用，但可明显改善一般行为表现及精神状态，减少进入暗箱被电击的次数，延长潜伏期，缩短Morris水迷宫的游出时间及游出距离，改善小鼠的学习记忆能力。结论益气活血中药对STZ致糖尿病脑病小鼠的行为学有改善作用。

The improve effect of Yiqihuoxue Chinese materia medica for the ethology of mouse with diabetes mellitus encephalopathy induced by streptozotocin

ObjectiveTo observe the improve effect of Yiqihuoxue Chinese materia medica for the ethology of mouse with diabetes mellitus encephalopathy induced by streptozotocin (STZ).MethodsCreating mouse model using 1% STZ intraperitoneal injection. 50 mouses were randomly divided into the normal control group, model control group, large dosis Chinese materia medica group, middle dosis Chinese materia medica group and small dosis Chinese materia medica group. Mouses' behaviors of evading dark reaction and Morris water maze in different groups were tested.ResultsYiqihuoxue Chinese materia medica had not the fuction of lower blood suga to the mouse with diabetes mellitus encephalopathy induced by STZ. But Yiqihuoxue chinese materia medica could improve the ethology show and mental status of mouse with diabetes mellitus encephalopathy induced by STZ obviosly, decrease the lightning stroke frequency when the diabetes mellitus encephalopathy mouses entered the dark chamber, extend the latency period, shorten the diabetes mellitus encephalopathy mouses swimming out time and distance, improve the study and memory ability.ConclusionYiqihuoxue Chinese materia medica had the improve effect for the ethology of mouse with diabetes mellitus encephalopathy induced by STZ.
