阿立哌唑联合小剂量利培酮治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作疗效观察

目的：探讨阿立哌唑联合小剂量利培酮治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者按随机数字表法分为两组，每组40例，均予以阿立哌唑治疗，观察组在此基础上联合小剂量利培酮治疗，观察8周。于治疗前后采用汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果治疗后两组汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0.01)，观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.5%，对照组为17.5%，观察组显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论阿立哌唑联合小剂量利培酮治疗双相情感障碍抑郁发作疗效显著，安全性高，优于单用阿立哌唑治疗。

Efficacy of aripiprazole plus small-dose risperidone in the treatment of bipolar depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole plus small-dose risperidone in the treatment of bipolar depression.Methods Eighty bipolar depression patients were assigned to two groups of 40ones each according to random number table,both groups treated with aripiprazole,on this basis ob-servation group was plus small-dose risperidone for 8 weeks.Efficacies were assessed with the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD)before and after treatment and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale (TESS).Results After treatment the HAMD scores of both groups lowered more signifi-cantly compared with pretreatment (P <0.01),that was significantly lower in observation than in control group (P <0.05).The incidence was respectively 2.5% in observation and 17.5% in control group,the former significantly lower than the latter (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Aripiprazole plus small-dose risperi-done has an evident effect and higher safety compared with single aripiprazole in the treatment of bipolar depression.
