| 摘 要： | 对79例自杀未遂的精神分裂症患者与493例无自杀的精神分裂症患者进行了病例对照研究。结果表明,两组患者在自杀家族史、病前生活事件、慢性精神分裂症、偏执型精神分裂症、妄想、抑郁、反复发作等方面存在显著性差异。就精神分裂症自杀未遂发生的有关因素进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Case control studies were conducted in 79 schizophrenic patients with attempted suicide and 493 without suicide behaviors. It was found that the facors such as family history of suicide, negative life event before the onset, chronic schizophrenia, paranoid type of schizophrenia, delusion, depression and repeat hospitalization were obvious difference between the two groups. Authors discussed the factors related to schizophrenia with attempted suicide. |
