同质性团体治疗在大学生心理亚健康群体中的应用效果

目的：探讨同质性团体治疗在大学生心理亚健康群体中的应用效果。方法将93名心理亚健康大学生分为研究组36名、对照组57名。研究组接受同质性团体治疗，对照组未予以任何心理干预。观察12周。于团体治疗前后采用症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评定两组被试的心理健康状况。结果团体治疗后，研究组症状自评量表人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子分和抑郁自评量表评分均较团体治疗前显著降低（ P＜0．05或0．01），对照组则无显著变化（P＞0．05），研究组人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子分和焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分显著低于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论同质性团体治疗能有效缓解心理亚健康大学生的焦虑抑郁情绪，显著改善其心理亚健康状况。

The application effect of homogeneity group psychotherapy in psychological sub-health college students

Objective To explore the application effect of homogeneity group psychotherapy （HGP） in psychological sub-health college students . Methods Ninety-three psychological sub-health college students were randomly assigned into research （n= 36） and control group （n= 57） .Research group re-ceived HGP and control didn’t receive any mental interventions .They were observed for 12 weeks .Mental health status was assessed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） ,Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） before and after HGP in 2 groups .Results After HGP research group had lower the SCL-90 interpersonal sensitivity ,depression ,anxiety ,hostility and the SDS score compared with pre-HGP （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01） ,control group had no changes （P〉0 .05） ,research group had signifi-cantly lower interpersonal sensitivity ,depression ,anxiety ,hostility ,phobia ,SAS and SDS score com-pared with control group （P〈0 .01） .Conclusion Homogeneity group psychotherapy could relieve anxie-ty-depression emotion of psychological sub-health college students and improve their psychological sub-health status .
