| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普拉克索治疗抑郁症并发不安腿综合征的疗效。方法对30例抑郁症并发不安腿综合征患者应用普拉克索治疗，观察治疗全程。于治疗前后采用不安腿综合征病情严重程度评定量表、抑郁自评量表评定临床疗效。结果本组患者治疗后不安腿综合征病情严重程度评定量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论普拉克索治疗抑郁症并发不安腿综合征疗效显著，能显著改善患者的抑郁情绪和不安腿症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficacy of pramipexole in the treatment of depression with restless legs syndrome （RLS）. Methods Thirty depression patients with RLS were treated with pramipexole and treatment whole courses observed. Effieacies were assessed with the Index of Restless Legs Syndrome （IRLS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） before and after treatment. Results After treatment the IRLS and SDS score lowered more significantly compared with pre-treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Pramipexole could notably improve depressive emotions and restless legs symptoms in the treatment of de- pression with RLS. |
