高血压患者睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪状况调查

目的调查高血压患者的睡眠质量及焦虑抑郁情绪状况，为临床治疗提供依据。方法将100例高血压患者设为研究组，抽取同期体检健康者100名设为对照组，采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评定两组睡眠质量，采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定研究组焦虑抑郁情绪。结果研究组62例存在睡眠障碍，对照组16名存在睡眠障碍，两组比较差异有极显著性（x2=38．28，P〈0．01）；研究组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数总分及各因子分显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；研究组有睡眠障碍者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表总分显著高于无睡眠障碍者（P〈0．01）。结论高血压患者睡眠质量较差，常伴有焦虑、抑郁情绪。

Surveys of sleep quality and anxious-depressive emotion in hypertension patients

Objective To survey sleep quality and anxious-depressive emotion in hypertension patients in order to provide basis for clinical treatment. Methods A total of 100 hypertension patients were assigned to research group and selected 100 health examinees to control group, sleep qualities were assessed with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and anxious-depressive emotions with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS）. Results Sixty-two subjects had sleep disorders in research group and 16 ones did in control, which showed significant difference （x2=38.28,P〈0.01）; the total and each factor score of the PSQI were significantly higher in research than control group （P〈0.01） ; in research group the SAS and SDS score were significantly higher in subjects with sleep disorders than ones without （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Sleep qualities of hypertension patients are poorer and they are ac- companied with anxious and depressive emotion.
