舍曲林联合乌灵胶囊治疗焦虑抑郁共病对照研究

目的探讨舍曲林联合乌灵胶囊治疗焦虑抑郁共病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将132例焦虑抑郁共病患者随机分为研究组与对照组各66例，均口服舍曲林治疗，研究组在此基础上联合乌灵胶囊治疗。观察6w。于治疗前及治疗1w、2w、4w、6w末采用汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表评定临床疗效，副反应量表评定不良反应。结果两组治疗各时段汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表总分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．01），同期研究组评分均较对照组下降显著（P〈0．05或0．01）。治疗6w末研究组显效率78．8％，有效率为92．4％；对照组分别为59．1%、80．3％，研究组均显著高于对照组（χ^2=5．979、4．117，P〈0．05）。两组主要不良反应为恶心呕吐、食欲减退、失眠、腹泻及焦虑不安，研究组发生率均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论舍曲林联合乌灵胶囊治疗焦虑抑郁共病疗效显著，较单用舍曲林治疗起效更快，安全性更高。

A control study of sertraline combined with wuling capsule in the treatment of anxiety and depression comorbidity

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of sertraline combined with wuling capsule in the treatment of patients with depression and anxiety comorbidity （DAC）. Methods 132 DAC patients were randomly divided into research （n = 66） took sertraline combined with wuling capsule and control group（n=66） did sertraline only for 6 weeks . Before treatment and at the ned of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th week, clinical efficacies were assessed with the Hanmilton Depression Rating Scale（HAMD） and Hanmilton Anxiety Rating Scale（HAMA） and adverse raections with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（TESS）. Results Since the end of the 1st week, total scores of the HAMD and HAMA of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment（P〈0.01） ; those did more significantly in the research than in the control group in the corresponding time period（P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Obvious and total effective rate were respectively 78.8% and 92.4% in the research and 59.15% and 80.3% in the control group, the former were significantly higher than the latter（χ^2 =5. 979,4. 117,P〈 0.05） . Incidences of total adverse reactions as well as nausea and vomitting, anorexia, insomnia, diarrhea and apprehension were significantly lower in the research than in the control group（P（0.05）. Conclusion Sertraline combined with wuling capsule has an evident effect, takes effect faster,and has higher safety in the treatment of depression and anxiety comorbidity compared with sertraline only.
