阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症对照研究

目的 探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将128例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,研究组66例口服阿立哌唑治疗,对照组62例口服利培酮治疗.观察8周.于治疗前后采用简明精神病量表、阴性症状量表评定临床疗效,副反应量表评定不良反应.结果 治疗后两组简明精神病量表、阴性症状量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0.01）,治疗8周末研究组显效率、总有效率比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）;两组不良反应较轻微,不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性（P＞0.05）.结论 阿立哌唑能有效缓解以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的各种精神症状,总体疗效与利培酮相当,不良反应轻微,安全性高,依从性好.

A control study of aripiprazole vs.risperidone in schizophrenia characterized by negative symptoms

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and risperidone in schizophrenia characterized by negative symptoms. Methods A total of 128 schizophrenics characterized by negative symptoms were randomly assigned to two groups, research group （n= 66） took orally aripiprazole and control group （n=62） did risperidone for 8 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） and Scale for Assessment of Negative Symptoms （SANS） and adverse reactions with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before and after treatment. Results After treatment the BPRS and SANS scores of both groups lowered more significantly compared with pretreatment （P〈 0.01）, there were no significant group differences in obvious and total effective rate at the end of the 8th week （P〉0.05） ; adverse reactions of both groups were mild, there were no significant group differences in incidences of adverse reactions （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Aripiprazole could effectively relieve various kinds of mental symptoms of schizophrenics characterized by negative symptoms, its total efficacy is equivalent to risperidone, and it has mild adverse reactions, higher safety and better compliance.
