护理干预对精神分裂症患者行无抽搐电休克治疗前焦虑情绪的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对精神分裂症患者行无抽搐电休克治疗前焦虑情绪的影响.方法 将60例行无抽搐电休克治疗的精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组均接受常规治疗及护理,观察组在此基础上予以综合护理干预.于综合护理干预前及无抽搐电休克治疗前30 min(干预后)采用焦虑自评量表评定患者的焦虑状况,同时采用同一血压计测量血压,检测心率.结果 综合护理干预后观察组焦虑自评量表评分,收缩压、心率均较干预前显著下降(P＜0.01),对照组收缩压较干预前显著升高(P＜0.01);观察组焦虑自评量表评分、收缩压、心率均显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 对精神分裂症患者行无抽搐电休克治疗前实施有计划的综合护理干预能显著缓解焦虑情绪、稳定血压、降低心率,有利于患者顺利接受无抽搐电休克治疗.

The effects of nursing mental intervention on anxious mood before modified electroconvulsive therapy of schizophrenic patients

Objective To explore the influence of nursing mental intervention on anxious mood before modified electroconvulsive therapy （MECT） in schizophrenic patients. Methods 60 patients were randomty divided into two groups （each group with 30 cases）. The control group was given conventional therapy and nursing and the observation group given nursing mental intervention besides conventional therapy and nursing before MECT. All the patients were tested anxity by Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and blood pressure and heart rate before nursing mental intervention and 30 minutes before MECT. Results After the intervention, SAS scores, systolic blood pressure and heart rate in observation group were lower than those in control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nursing mental intervention can relieve anxious mood, stabilize blood pressure and heart rate in schizophrenic patients before modified electroconvulsive therapy.
