尖锐湿疣患者心理健康状况及抑郁情绪调查

目的探讨尖锐湿疣患者抑郁情绪及心理健康状况。方法将146例尖锐湿疣患者设为研究组，123例普通皮肤病患者设为对照组，采用症状自评量表、抑郁自评量表、汉密顿抑郁量表对两组患者进行测评分析。结果研究组症状自评量表抑郁、焦虑因子分均〉2分，躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01），抑郁自评量表测评研究组抑郁情绪发生率为55．48％，重度抑郁发生率为13．01％，总分显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；汉密顿抑郁量表测评研究组抑郁情绪发生率为51．37％，重度抑郁发生率为15．75％，总分及各因子分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论尖锐湿疣患者存在诸多的、严重的心理问题，尤以抑郁情绪为突出。

Surveys of mental health status and depressive emotion in condyloma acuminatum patients

Objective To explore the depressive emotion and mental health status in condyloma acuminatum patients. Methods 146 condyloma acuminatum patients were assigned to research group and 123 common skin disease ones to control group; assessments and analyses were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90 （ SCL-90）, Self rating Depression Scale（SDS） and Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）. Results According to the SCL-90, the scores of both depression and anxiety were 2 in the research group;the scores of somatization, obsession, depression, anxiety, phobia and psychotic were all significantly higher in th eresearch than in the control group（ P 〈0.01）. According to the SDS, in the research the incidence of depressive emotiom was 51.37% and that of severe depression 13.01%, and total score significantly higher compared with the control group（ P 〈0.01）;according to the HAMD, in the research the incidence of depressive emotiom was 55. 48% and that of severe depression 15.75%, and total and all factors＇ score were significantly higher compared with the control group（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Condyloma acuminatum patients have many severe psycho-problems,especially depressive emotion.
