| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Westgard方法决定图在检测系统分析性能评价中的应用。方法按NCCLS的文件要求对检测系统检测常规18个生化项目的不精密度和不准确度试验进行测定,采用Westgard方法决定图判断拜耳检测系统分析性能的可接受性。结果除GGT外,检测系统检测17个生化常规项目的总不精密度均小于1/4CLIA’88 TEa（允许总误差）,偏倚均小于1/2CLIA’88 TEa（允许总误差）,分析性能均优秀。重新改进检测系统和方法后,GGT分析性能亦达优秀。结论采用Westgard方法决定图可直接判断检测系统的分析性能,判断结果清晰直观,适合临床实验室对检测系统分析性能进行评价。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application of westgard method decision chart in estimation of the assay system.Methods The reliability and accuracy of 17 items were demonstrated according to NCCLS.The a-ceptability of the assay system was demonstrate with method decision chart.Results The reliability of 17 items was below 1/4CLIA’88 TEa,and with below 1/2CLIA’88 TEa of the accuracy.The fuction of assay system showed fine.Conclusion Objective decisions on the estimation of the assay system can be made accurately and easily with the method evaluation decision chart. |
