“参地糖脉宁”对糖尿病肾病患者红细胞聚集性及尿白蛋白量的影响

目的 了解中药“参地糖脉宁”有无降低糖尿病肾病患者红细胞聚集性和尿白蛋白排出的作用。方法 糖尿病肾病(DN)患者52例分为两组;DN对照组(n=26);DN参地糖脉宁组(n=26);无糖尿病、心脑血管病及肾脏疾病的人员作为正常对照组(n=26)。DN各组在常规降糖的基础上,DN对照组每例服用包有淀粉的胶囊4粒,一日三次,DN参地糖脉宁组每例服用包有参地糖脉宁浸膏0.5克的胶囊4粒,一日三次;共3周。上述三组均在试验前后测定红细胞聚集性的有关参数和尿白蛋白量。结果 试验开始时低切变率(5.76s~(-1))下全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数、血沉、纤维蛋白原及尿白蛋白量在DN各组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);试验结束时DN参地糖脉宁组低切变率(5.76s~(-1))下全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数,血沉、纤维蛋白原及尿白蛋白量均显著低于DN对照组(P<0.01)。结论 中药参地精脉宁具有降低糖尿病肾病患者红细胞聚集性和尿白蛋白量的作用。

Effects of Shenditangmaining on Erythrocyte Aggregation and Uric Albumin Excretion of the Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To observe whether Shenditangmaining reduces erythrocyte aggregation and uric albumin excretion of the patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) . Methods 52 cases of diabetic nephropathy were divided into two group, DN control group (n= 26) and DN Shenditangmaining Group (n = 26). The persons without diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebral vascular diseases were served as normal control group (n = 26) . On basis of hypoglycemic treatment, every patient of DN control group took 4 capsules, which one enclosed starch 0.5g , thrice a day; every patient of DN Shenditangmaining group took 4 capsules, which one enclosed DN Shengditangmaining extract 0.5g, thrice a day, for 3 weeks, The blood viscosity at low shear rate (5.76s-1),erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma fibrinogen, triglyceride, cholesterol and uric albumin excretion were determined in cases of three groups at beginning and end of trial. Results There was no significant difference of the blood viscosity at low shear rate (5.76s-1) , erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma fibrinogen, triglyceride, cholesterol and uric albumin excretion between DN control group and DN Shenditangmaining group at beginning of the trial. The blood viscosity at low shear rate (5.76s-1), erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma fibrinogen, and uric albumin excretion were significantly lower in DN Shenditangmaining group than in DN control group at end the trial. Conclusion Shenditangmaining can reduce erythrocyte aggregation and uric albumin excretion of the patients of diabetic nephropathy.
