干化学法与湿化学法检测尿素氮和肌酐结果相关性及偏倚分析

摘    要:目的:比较干化学法与湿化学法检测尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CREA)结果,分析两者的相关性并进行偏倚评估。方法利用VITROS 5600干化学分析仪和Olympus AU5421全自动生化分析仪检测40例血清BUN、CREA,对结果进行统计分析。结果BUN相关回归方程Y=1.0023X-0.0983,r=0.9987。当BUN浓度为5 mmol/L,15 mmol/L,25 mmol/L时,干化学法的相对偏倚分别为1.72%,0.045%,0.018%。CREA相关回归方程Y=0.9764X-0.7654,r=0.9927。结论干化学法和湿化学法检测结果高度相关,BUN、CREA检测结果差异无统计学意义,应定期进行结果比对和校正,使结果具有可比性。

Abstract:Objective To compare the results of BUN, CREA by the means of dry chemistry method and conventional wet chemistry method, and evaluate their correlation and anticipated bias. Methods BUN, CREA of 40 serum samples were detected by Olympus AU5421 and VITROS 5600 chemical analyzer, and statistical analysis were carried out. Results The regression equation of BUN, CREA was Y=1.0023X-0.0983 and Y=0.9764X-0.7654, respectively. Relative bias was 1.72%, 0.045%, 0.018%, while BUN was 5 mmol/L, 15 mmol/L, 25 mmol/L, respectively. Conclusion There was a highly correlation between the results of Olympus AU5421 and VITROS 5600 chemical analyzer, no significant difference exists in both CREA and BUN test results. It is essential to perform comparative study, bias estimation and result adjusting of the results between the two methods to ensure the comparability.
