心、脑血管病患者末梢血红细胞、血小板流变性积分值分析

目的研究心、脑血管病患者末梢血红细胞、血小板流变性的变化及其临床意义。方法对13例冠心病及19例脑梗塞患者的指尖末梢微量血，用可变投射显微镜(BVPM-15型)测定红细胞流动性、聚集性、变形性及血小板聚集性的积分值及4项指标的积分总值，并与正常人组进行对比。结果心、脑血管病患者微循环5项指标测定值分别为18.180±7.91419.409±8.34215.909±5.64813.273±5.20266.864±0.719，明显高于正常组(P<0.01)。结论末梢血红细胞、血小板流变性的变化，证明心、脑血管病患者末梢血细胞流变性存在明显障碍。方法简便，可直观、快速地为临床提供其微循环状态的信息。

Semi-Ration Analysis of Rheology of Red Blood Cell and Platelet in Terminal Blood of Cardio-cerebral Disease Patients

Objective To investigate the change of rheology of RBC and Plt in terminal circulation of heart and brain disease and its clinical signification.Methods Take a little blood from the finger tip of 13 coronary heart disease and 9 cerebral infarct and calculate the integral numbers of fluidity、congregation、transfiguration of RBC and congregation of Plt and the total integral number of above four indexes,then compare them with normal people.Result The above five indexes of heart and brain are 18.180±7.913,19.409±8.342,15.909±5.648,13.273±5.202,66.864±0.719 respectively,they are apparently higher than normal group(p<0.01).Conclusion The research of morphologic changes of rheology of RBC and Plt in terminal blood by means of semi-ration analysis confirmed that there is apparent disturb in cellular rheology of terminal blood in heart and brain disease patients.the method in this resarch is simple,it can supply the information of microcirculation quickly and vividly.
