小鼠多肽：N一乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族分子进化的初步研穷

目的探讨小鼠多肽：N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族成员间的同源性，揭示其进化规律。为多肽：N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族各成员间结构相似但功能不同的特征提供一定的依据。方法采用生物信息学软件和网上数据库对核酸、蛋白质序列进行同源比较，结构域分析和进化树绘制。结果小鼠多肽：N-乙酰氨基半乳糖转移酶家族一级结构、二级结构均有较高的同源性，系统进化树显示各成员来源于同一祖先并在不同时期分野。结论各成员来自于同一祖先的同一家族，结构相似，但其进化方式属于趋异性进化。

Study on the Evolutional Relationship Among the Member of mppGalNAc-T Family

Objective To explore the homology and reveal the evolution pattern in mppGalNAc-T family. Further more,and to provide some proof for the identity of ppGalNAc-T family that its members have the similar structure but different function.Methods The sequences of rnppGalNAc-T family were analyzed using bioinformatics soft and online data base,and phylogenetic tree was also constructed. Result The primary structure and secondary structure of mppGalNAc-T family shared high identity.The phylogenetic tree showed that they were derived from a common ancestor and differentiationed at dissimilar times. Conclusion mppGalNAc-Ts came from a common ancestor, but they had many differences and evolved in a divergent way.
