摘    要:目的:评估经皮椎体成形术(PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折中远期疗效及椎体内聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)周围骨质反应.方法:回顾性分析我院2007年5月~2010年5月因骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折行PVP或PKP32例患者的临床资料.结果:根据WHO疼痛程度分级,完全缓解23例(71.9%),部分缓解5例(15.6%),轻度缓解3例(9.4%),无效1例(3.1%);8例行MR扫描患者椎体内PMMA周围均未见明显水肿带及骨坏死.结论:PVP或PKP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的中远期效果良好,PMMA在椎体内性质稳定,PMMA周围未见明显炎症水肿及骨坏死等.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate medium- and long-term effect of PVP and PKP for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture and the reaction of the sclerotin around PMMA. Methods: The clinical data of 32 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture treated by PVP or PKP from May 2007 to May 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: According to WHO pain intensity classification, 23 cases revealed complete remission (71.9%), 5 partial remission (15.6%), 3 minor remission (9.4%) and 1 no remission (3.1%). According to MRI of 8 cases, no obvious edema belt or osteonecrosis was observed in the sclerotin around PMMA. Conclusions: The medium- and long-term effect of PVP and PKP for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture is good. PMMA is stable in vertebral body, and there are not obvious inflammatory edema and osteonecrosis around PMMA.
