| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在EICU内施行医护联合查房模式,加强医护合作,减少医疗纠纷.方法:医疗护理人员分别对联合查房的效果作自我认识评价.结果:参加人员对医护联合查房的作用作积极评价;认为医护联合查房可提升医疗护理质量.结论:医护联合查房优于传统查房模式,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore a new mode of nurse-physician care ward rounds in EICU, in order to strengthen intergroup relationships and reduce medical disputes. Methods： The staffs were made self-awareness about the effect of care ward rounds. Results： Participants on the role of health care rounds made a positive evaluation, that joint care rounds had a very significant effect to enhance quality of medical care. Conclusion： The mode of nursephysician care ward rounds superior to the traditional health care rounds, is worthy of promotion. |
