腹腔镜改良高选择性迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠穿孔临床应用

目的：探讨腹腔镜改良高选择性迷走神经切断术治疗十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔的术式及效果。方法：回顾性分析18例十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔患者进行腹腔镜改良高选择性迷走神经切断并穿孔修补术的临床资料。结果：手术时间平均120min，术后恢复快，无胃潴留，3个月后行胃镜检查，溃疡灶均愈合。结论：该术式简便、安全有效、创伤小，术后恢复快。

The Clinical Application of Laparoscopic Modified High Selective Vagotomy in Duodenal Performation

Objective:To explore the operative method and effect of laparoscopic modified highly selective vagotomy in duodenal bulbar ulcer performation. Methods:18 patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer performation were cured with laparoscopic modified highly selective vagotomy and repairing performation. Results:The operative time averaged 120 min, the patients recovered fast after operation, without gastroatonia. All the patients have been done with gastroscopy after three months and we observed that all the patients had been cured. Conclusions:This is a simple and good therapeutic effective and low injury, fast recovered operative method.
