青年高血压并脑出血的临床特征及随访分析

目的:探讨青年高血压并脑出血患者的临床特征及预后.方法:回顾性分析2006年1月-2009年12月我科收治的青年高血压并脑出血62例的临床资料.结果:本组62例中,治愈41例(66%),改善11例(18%),死亡10例(16%);随访至2010年12月,再次发生脑卒中6例,其中脑梗死4例,脑出血2例.结论:控制血压和危险因素对预防青年高血压脑出血至关重要,包括外科手术在内的综合治疗可改善预后.

Clinical Analysis and Follow-up of Youth Patient with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective： To evaluate the clinical features and prognosis of youth patient with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods ：The clinical data of 62 youth patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed from Jan 2006 to Dec 2009. Results： Among the 62 cases, 41 cases （66%） were cured, ll cases （18%） had progress and 10 cases （17%） died. 6 cases recurrent stroke followed up to Dec 2010,4 cases suffered from cerebral infarction and 2 cases suffered from cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion： Controlling blood pressure and the risk factors are very important for the prevention of youth hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.General therapies including surgery can enhance the prognosis of young patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
