| 摘 要： | 目的：了解成人社区获得性下呼吸道感染的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析4165例确诊为成人社区获得性下呼吸道感染者的临床资料。结果：在4165例患者中以急性支气管炎多见、肺部感染次之，病原体对青霉素、苯唑青霉素、红霉素等耐药性高。结论：成人社区获得性呼吸道感染以门诊诊治为主，抗感染治疗应根据当地病原体的特性选择药物，避免盲目性完全凭经验用药。

| Abstract: | Objective:To understand the characteristics of adults community,acquired lower respiratory tract bacterial infections. Methods:Analyzing the data of 4165 patients with adults' community,acquired lower respiratory tract bacterial infections retrospectively. Results: Most of 4165 patients are acute bronchitis, second are lung infection. Resistance of causitive agency is high to penicillin, oxacillin, erythromycin etc. Conclusions: The diagnosis and treatment of adults community,acquired lower respiratory tract bacterial infections should be treated in out,patient, we should choese anti,infectionmedicine according to characteristics of causitive agency, and avoid the blindness to completely rely on the experience to use the medicine. |
