| 摘 要： | 对100例癌症化疗病人应用焦虑自评量表（SAS）反应对行为问卷进行了测查．结果证实该组病人的SAS评定均值明显高于国内常模，焦虑发生率达45％；；病人的应对行为方面存在消极的应对方式，并且积极的应对不足。应对行为的优劣与焦虑程度呈显著负相关，提示存在通过改善病人的应对行为从而减轻其焦虑的可能性。本文提出了运用认知行为治疗技术帮助病人识别负性想法和行为，同时给予有效行为辅导，从而帮助病人减轻焦虑，促进康复的护理对策。

| Abstract: | l00 cases of petients under cancer chemotherapy were investigated by using Self -Rating AnxietyScale (SAS) and queslionaire on coping patterms. The results showed that scores of SAS were significantlyhigher than that of thc normal poplation. The statc of the anxiety reached 45% among the patients. ThePatients ' coping patterns tended to be passive. Linear analysis revealed a negative correlation between thecoping pattens and the scores of SAS. It is recommemded that cognitive behavioral therapy can be used torelieve the anxiety of potients under cancer chemotherapy . |
