健康教育对癫痫患者依从性影响的临床调查

的 :探讨健康教育对癫痫患者依从性的影响程度。方法 :采取问卷调查法于入院时、出院前和出院后 180d对 78例癫痫患者分别进行依从性的调查评定。对 39例试验组患者及其亲属于入院 1d后至出院前 1d内实施有目的、有计划、有组织的健康教育。结果 :入院时两组患者依从性得分差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;出院前和出院后 180d试验组得分明显低于对照组 (均P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ) ;出院后 180d两组患者得分与入院时比较均下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但较出院前均有所回升 ,再发作率试验组为 17.95 %、对照组为 5 3.85 %。结论 :健康教育能显著提高癫痫患者的依从性 ,降低再发作率 ;应将其延伸到医院外 ,贯穿于癫痫患者的终身教育过程中。

The clinical investigation of the influence of health education on epileptics' compliance

Objective:To discuss the influence of health education on epileptics' compliance.Method:Assess compliance of 78 epileptics by questionnaire when they were at entrance,discharge ,and 180 days after discharge.They were divided into two groups.Purposeful health education were carried out to the experimental group.Result:There was no significant difference in the scores of compliance between two groups when they entered hospital(P>0.05);however,the score of the experimental group was obviously higher than the control group when they discharged from hospital and 180 days after discharge(both P<0.001 and P<0.05);the scores of the two groups after discharge were lower than those when they entered hospital (P<0.05),but higher than those when they are discharging from hospital,the incidence of falling sickness again of the experimental group was 17.95%,and 56.41% of the control group.Conclusion:Health education can improve the compliance of epileptics obviously and drop the incidence of falling sickness again;so it is necessary for epileptics to be educated continuously after leaving hospital.
