| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨法律法规教育对减少护生实习差错的作用。方法 :对 3届 72 0名高护、中专实习生及其带教老师进行了法律法规的教育及相应的管理 ,另 3届接受常规防范差错教育的 5 34名护生为对照组。结果 :差错发生率由实施教育前的 2 .0 6 %降低为实施后的 0 .5 6 %(P <0 .0 5 ) ,特别是减少了学生单独执行治疗性操作时出现的差错次数。提示 :对师生进行法律法规教育是防范实习差错的重要且必须的手段 ,对保护患者、护理人员及学生的利益具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of law education on the control of occurrence of malpractice among student nurses.Method:Law education was conducted among 720 student nurses from 3 groups,while another 534 student nurses from preceding 3 groups receiving regular education were served as control group.Result:There was a statistically significant decrease in the rate of malpractice among student nurses receiving law education(P<0.05),especially the decrease of number of malpractice caused by student nurses when lacking of supervision by the clinical instructor.Implication:Law education is a very necessary and important way to prevent the occurrence of malpractice resulted from the student nurses. |
