手术室护士急救能力培训及效果分析

目的 探讨对手术室护士实施急救能力培训的方法及效果.方法 成立急救能力培训考核小组,采用理论授课、急救流程培训、急救技能操作训练、急救模拟情景训练等方法.制订手术室急救能力考核项目细则,每月进行考核与评价.结果 培训后护士的急救理论知识、急救操作技能、急救综合能力均较培训前有较大的提高,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.01).结论 注重手术室护士急救能力培训,可以强化手术室护士急救意识及急救操作技能,增强临床判断能力和急救能力、确保手术室护理质量和患者安全.

Emergency training of operating room nurses and the effect analyze

Objective To investigate the professional nurse of the operating room ability to implement first aid training methods and results.Methods Set up first aid skills training team,training methods such as the use of theory classes,emergency procedures training,first aid skills training,first aid scenario simulation.Ability to assess the development of emergency operating room and the list of project details,the monthly assessment and evaluation.Results After training,the theoretical knowledge of first aid of nurses,first aid skills,the comprehensive first aid ability were better than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions Ability to focus on first-aid training for operating room professional nurses,it can strengthen awareness of first aid and first aid skills of operating room professional nurses,and enhance the ability of clinical judgments and first aid,to ensure quality of care and patient safety on the operating room.
