摘    要:目的:对护理差错进行归因调查,以提高护理工作质量。方法:根据有无差错将该院60名护士分成两组,对其发生的护理差错进行了归因分析。结果:有护理差错的一组与另一组在归因内容上有明显的差异。结论:对两组护理人员应采取不同的管理方式

Abstract:Objective:To improve quality of care by analyzing the atttributions to nursing erros.Method:60 nurses in our hospital were divided into two groups according to incidence of nursing error.Both of the groups were tested to find the tendency of the attribution.Results:The first group who had nursing error had significantly different attribution to their behavior from the second group. Conclusion:We ought to take different supervision methods to the two group nurses.
