| 摘 要： | 探讨早期康复训练对急性脑梗塞患者功能恢复的影响。将６２例急性脑梗塞患者随机分成康复组与对照组。用简式Ｆｕｇｌ－Ｍｅｙｅｒ法和Ｂａｒｔｈｅｌ指数对两组患者在入院和出院时各测定一次。出院时两组患者功能均有提高，但康复组功能改善程度高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示早期康复训练对急性脑梗塞患者功能恢复有积极意义。

| Abstract: | To investigate
the effect of early rehabilitation training for the functional recovery of acute cerebral infarction
patients,62 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into early
rehabilitation training group and control group.Two groups were measured with simple Fugl-
Meayr method and Barthel index on admission and discharge respectively.The neurological
function of the two groups was improved at discharge,but the degree in early rehabilitation
group was much higher than that of control group (P<0.01).The result indicated that early
rehabilitation training was an important role in function training. |
