松弛疗法对分娩的影响

目的 :探索松弛疗法对分娩的影响 ,寻找缩短产程 ,减少产后出血量 ,利于产后恢复的护理方法。方法 :将 2 0 0例临产的初产妇随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每组各 10 0例。实验组接受生理和心理学的松弛疗法 ,对照组接受常规的护理 ,观察两组产程的时间、产后出血量、2 4h内的焦虑和抑郁得分 ,分析生物学指标和心理指标。结果 :实验组第一、第二产程缩短 ,产后出血量明显减少 ,焦虑、抑郁分值下降 ,生物学指标和心理学指标呈正相关 (相关系数r =0 .2 2～ 0 .6 1) ,两组比较有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :松弛疗法对分娩具有缩短产程、减少产后出血量的作用 ,提示助产士应用松弛疗法对临产妇进行焦虑、抑郁的心理护理 ,为产妇提供情绪支持 ,减少产妇的痛苦 ,缩短产程 ,利于产后恢复 ,促进母乳喂养

The effect of relax therapy on primiparas in labor

Objective: To survey the effect of relax therapy on primiparas in labor in order to shorten the stage of labor, decrease the volume of bleeding and promote the health after delivery. Methods: 200 primiparas in labor were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, with each group 100 subjects. Relax therapy was used in experimental group, and control received common clinical nursing care. Result:The first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the volume of postpartum hemorrhage, the score of anxiety and the score of depression were significantly decreased in experimental group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusions: The results suggested that there is a good effect of relax therapy on primiparas in labor.
