早中期老年性痴呆病人的家庭健康指导

目的提高早中期老年性痴呆(AD)病人的生活能力和生活质量.方法对39例早中期AD病人进行家庭健康指导1年,包括综合能力训练、心理护理、家居安全护理、预防并发症护理.干预前后采用简明精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、健康状况调查问卷(SF -36)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评定.结果干预前后 AD病人的ADL、SF-36、HAMA、HAMD得分差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),MMSE得分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05).结论有效的家庭健康指导可提高病人的生存质量,改善病人的心理调适能力,延缓病情的进展.

Application of family health guidance to patients with Alzheimer's disease in premetaphase

Objective To im prove the ability and quality of life to patients with A lzheimer's disease (AD) in premetaphase.Methods Applied family health guidance to 39 patients with AD in premetaphase for 1 year, including comprehensive abili ty training, psychological nursing, home security care and prevention of complic ation. MMSE, ADL, SF-36, HAMA and HAMD were used to assess before and after int e rvention.Results There were significant differe nce between pre-intervention and post-intervention in the scores of ADL, SF-3 6, HAMA and HAMD (P<0.05),but no significant difference in MMSE (P>0.05) .Conclusion s Effect ive family health guidance can improve the patients' quality of life and psychol ogical adjustment ability,then delay the course of AD.
