女性生殖器畸形患者围手术期心身特点研究及护理对策

使用ＳＣＬ９０、ＥＰＱ及自编问卷对３４例女性生殖器畸形者进行围手术期心身特点研究及护理对策探讨。并以一对一控制实验对偶方式与之对照。结果显示：ＳＣＬ９０各项统计指标均高于对照组，并显示显著性差异和非常显著性差异；畸形组ＥＰＱ的Ｎ量分高于对照组，且呈非常显著性差异。并有８８２４％的病人感到中或重度的心理压力。研究表明：生殖器畸形者存在严重的心身障碍。并伴有一定的人格改变。临床护理应根据此类患者的心身特点实施以病人为中心的整体护理，才能有效地纠正患者不良认知，减轻、消除患者心身痛苦，保障这一社会特殊群体的心身健康

Psychological Characteristics and Nursing Strategies for Women with Female Reprodutive Malformation during Perioperative Phase

Psychological characteristics of 34 women with female reproductive malformation and their nursing care during perioperative phase were studied by using SCL 90,EPQ and questionnaire made by authors.The results were compared by way of one by one control experiment.The results showed that all SCL 90 statistical values of malformation group were significantly higher than those of control one;N value of EPQ of malformation group was also significant higher that of control one.Of those,88.24% of the patients felt moderate to severe psychological pressure.The results indicate that the patients with female reproductive malformation suffer from severe psychological problem and may present some change of personality.Patient Oriented nursing care,should be carried out according to these psychological characteristics.So as to effectively correct wrong cognition,reduce and eliminate psychological saffering and protect psychological health of this special population.
