生物反馈治疗联合综合护理干预对功能性便秘患者临床症状及生活质量的影响

目的 探讨生物反馈治疗联合综合护理干预对功能性便秘患者的远期疗效,为临床护理干预的实施提供依据.方法 采用问卷调查方式,对120例接受生物反馈治疗的功能性便秘患者进行回顾性分析,对患者生物反馈治疗前、后和随访时临床症状积分进行调查和比较,评价生物反馈治疗的远期疗效,同时采用简明健康调查问卷( SF-36)对患者生活质量进行调查.结果 生物反馈治疗后1～6年的有效率为70.7％,远期疗效满意,但较治疗后即时疗效(93.6％)稍低(P＜0.01).生物反馈治疗后1～6年随访时,SF-36得分除生理功能维度外,其他各维度得分均显著高于生物反馈治疗前(P＜0.01),略低于生物反馈治疗后即时(P＞0.05).结论 生物反馈治疗功能性便秘的远期疗效满意,但较即时疗效稍低.临床应用时不仅要重视治疗期间的护理干预,还应加强随访管理,鼓励坚持家庭训练,以提高远期疗效.

The long-term clinical efficacy of biofeedback therapy for patients with functional constipation

Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy of biofeedback treatment for patients with functional constipation(FC).Methods Totally 120 FC patients treated by biofeedback therapy were followed up.The symptoms of constipation and quality of life were measured at baseline and after the completion of biofeedback therapy.Results The clinical efficacy was 70.7 percent at 1 to 6 years after biofeedback therapy.The long-term efficacy was satisfactory,but was lower than the short-term efficacy(93.6 percent,P<0.01).After biofeedback therapy,the factor scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than before(P<0.01)except physiological functioning.Conclusion The long-term clinical efficacy of biofeedback therapy is satisfactory,although it is lower than short-term efficacy.It is suggested to strengthen the management of follow up to improve the long-term efficacy.
