| 摘 要： | 目的对荧光素、吲哚青绿混合同步眼底血管造影的安全性作出评价。方法观察388例行眼底血管造影术患者的副反应发生情况。结果常见副反应中，恶心呕吐，发生率为5.92%；一过性鼻咽不适，发生率为3.09%。性别、年龄、有无过敏史对副反应发生无影响。通过对血压、脉搏、血氧饱和度监测，发现眼底血管造影对收缩压有影响。结论加强对病人的观察，做好心理护理，减轻应激反应对提高造影的安全性有重要意义。

Clinical observation of the side effects of fundus angiogrophy with so dium fluorescein and indocyanine green |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the safety of fundus angiogra p hy with sodium fluorescein and indocyanine green (FFA/ICG).Methods:A group of 38 8 consecuti ve cases of fundus angiography was observed for side effects.Results:The side e ffects could be classified into nausea or vomit (5.29%), and temporary nose and t hroat irritation (3.09%).Sex,age and allergy did not cause side effects.In monitor ing the blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation of 85 patients during fu ndus angiography,a significant influence on the systolic pressure by the proce dure was found.Conclusions:It is important to improve the safety of fundus angiography FFA/ICGA by taking anti-allergy dr ugs and reducing the speed of injection.Proper psychological nursing care is an importa nt way to reduce side effects. |
