爱婴病房艾条熏蒸对HBsAg灭活效果的研究

摘    要:目的:弄清爱婴病房艾条熏蒸对病毒的灭活效果。方法:爱婴病房采用艾条熏蒸进行空气消毒,通过ELISA检测熏蒸后对乙肝病毒HBsAg 和HBeAg 抗原性的破坏效果,并与过氧乙酸熏蒸效果进行了对比试验。结果:爱婴病房艾条熏蒸后对乙肝病毒HBsAg 的抗原性有明显的破坏作用( P< 0.05) ,对HBeAg 的抗原性的破坏有极显著性意义( P< 0.001),S/N 比值> 2.1 ;过氧乙酸熏蒸后对HBsAg 和HBeAg 的抗原性的破坏均具有极显著性差异( P< 0.001),S/N 比值均< 2.1 ;艾条熏蒸组明显低于过氧乙酸熏蒸组对HBsAg 和HBeAg 抗原性的破坏作用,差异有极显著意义( P< 0 .001) 。结论:爱婴病房艾条熏蒸对乙肝病毒HBsAg 和HBeAg 均有一定的灭活效果,但不能达到对乙肝病毒完全灭活的目的,不可代替过氧乙酸等消毒剂对病毒的灭活作用,可用于爱婴病房的空气消毒。

Abstract:Objective:to study the effect of inactivation to virus by using of moxa fumigation in baby friendly ward.Method:air disinfection of ward was carried out by moxa fumigation,destructive effect on antigenicity of HBsAg and HBeAg was tested by ELISA,and the experimentation was compared with peroxyacetic acid fumigation.Results:moxa fumigation had certain destructive effect on antigenicity of HBsAg (P<0.05),and had significantly destructive effect on antigenicity of HBeAg (P<0.001) ,S/N> 2.1 ;peroxyacetic acid fumigation had significant destructive effect on antigenicity of HBsAg and HBeAg (P<0.001),S/N<2.1;moxa fumigation group had significant less destructive effect to antigenicity of HBsAg and HBeAg in comparison with peroxyacetic acid fumigation group(P<0.001).Conclusion:moxa fumigation in ward had a certain inactivation effect to HBsAg and HBeAg,but didn't completely inactivate HBV,didn't replace disinfectants (peroxyacetic acid) on inactivation to virus,and may be used in air disinfection of baby friendly ward.
