| 摘 要： | 总结1例高龄营养不良卧床患者的皮肤护理过程.根据患者皮肤的特点,与造口师共同制订详细的皮肤护理措施,注重局部皮肤原有瘀斑、破损的护理,采取有针对性的护理措施,有效地预防和控制了皮肤的破损.

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the experience of skin care for a 112-year-old bedridden patient with malnutrition.According to the characteristics of the patient's skin,the detailed measures of skin care were formulated by nurses and enterostomal therapist.The nursing care focused on the primary skin ecchymosis and ulcer,and effectively prevented and controlled new skin damage. |
