| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社会支持与癌症患者生活质量的关系,寻求相应的护理对策.方法:调查60例癌症患者的社会支持情况,并与正常对照组进行比较;分析癌症患者的社会支持与其生活质量的相关性.结果:癌症患者的社会支持与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.001);社会支持与其生活质量呈正性相关关系(r=0.617,P＜0.001).结论:癌症患者获得了比正常人高的社会支持;社会支持与癌症患者的生活质量密切相关;护理过程中重视社会支持可以改善护理效果、提高癌症患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between social support and quality of life(QL) in cancer patients and search for better corresponding nursing strategies.Methods:Investigating social support state in 60 cancer patients,comparing it with the control group,and analyzing the relationship between social support score and QL.Results:Social support score of cancer patients was significantly higher than that of control group( P <0.001),and was closely related to the QL score ( r =0.617, P <0.001).Conclusion: Cancer patients got more social support than healthy people. Social support was closely related to QL in cancer patients. Nurses may help the cancer patients improve their QL by means of paying more attention to their social support. |
