双因素理论在护理临床教学管理中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨护理临床教学的管理模式。方法通过教育培训激励、支持激励、利用双因素理论指导奖金发放、主人翁精神激励、个人发展前途激励等方法调动教师积极性。结果临床教师教学积极性明显提高,表现为学生能从临床带教教师中获得更多的支持,学生基本技能、基础理论知识得到提高。结论应用双因素理论加强护理临床教学管理,能调动教师教学积极性,提高教学质量。

Abstract:Objective Explore the model of Clinical teaching management.Methods Appling Dual Factors Theory to clinical teaching management ,it will motivate the teachers by education & training,sustaining,rewarding,entrepreneur spirit and career development etc.Results The clinical teachers were highly motivated and the students have gained more supports from clinicians. Furthermore,the students' basic skills and basic knowledge have increased.Conclusion It can motivate the teachers and improve the teaching quality by applying Dual Factors Theory to clinical teaching management.
