| 摘 要： | 总结床边置管腹膜透析(PD)治疗特殊人群急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的临床护理.PD过程各环节的精心护理和对病人或家属详细的宣教,是确保PD顺利进行的前提,是提高ARF抢救成功率的关键.

Nursing of peritoneal dialysis with catheter placed at the bedside forspecial patients with acute renal failure |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigation nurse of peritoneal dialysis (PD) with catheter placed at the bedside for special patients with acute renal failure (ARF) .Methods29 cases with ARF were studied retrospectively.Results16 cases got recovery,4 cases improved; 5 died and 4 cases leaved hospital because of insufficient money.ConclusionPeritoneal dialysis with catheter placed at the bedside is a safe,effective treatment for patients with ARF,good nurse is necessary for successful peritoneal dialysis. |
