阶段性康复训练及护理在心脏瓣膜置换术患者早期康复中的应用效果

目的：探讨阶段性康复训练及护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者早期康复的疗效。方法选取心脏瓣膜置换术患者70例，按手术先后顺序分为实验组和对照组各35例。两组患者均采取常规心脏瓣膜置换术后治疗、监测，对照组采取常规术后康复指导，实验组采用术后阶段性康复训练法。分别在患者脱离呼吸机后2h及出院时，采用生活质量测评表( WHOQOL-BREF)对两组患者生活质量进行测评比较。结果实验组患者出院时，生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)，尤其在生理领域及心理领域。结论阶段性康复训练及护理在心脏瓣膜置换术后患者早期康复中疗效显著，可以提高患者术后生活质量，促进患者日常生活能力及心功能恢复，促进患者术后早日康复。

The application effect of staged rehabilitation training and nursing for patients with heart valve replacement

Objective To explore the efficacy of staged rehabilitation training and nursing for patients with heart valve replacement. Methods A total of 70 cases of heart valve replacement patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the operation sequence, 35 cases in each group. The patients of the two groups all received conventional treatment and supervision after heart valve replacement operation. The control group received conventional rehabilitation guidance after operation, while the patients of the experimental group received staged rehabilitation training after surgery. The WHOQOL-BREF was used to evaluate and compare the life quality of the two groups ' patients 2 hours after the separation from the mechanical ventilation and after discharge. Results On discharge, the life quality of the patients of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group, especially in the physiological and psychological fields ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Staged rehabilitation training and nursing has an distinct effect on early rehabilitation of patients with heart valve replacement, which can improve the life quality of pa-tients after surgery, promote the recovery of patients' ability of daily life and cardiac function, and promote patients to restore health as soon as possible.
