浦东新区护士工作幸福感的现状及影响因素分析

摘    要:目的 了解浦东新区护士工作幸福感的现状及影响因素,为支持性的护理工作环境提供参考.方法 2013年1~3月,对上海浦东新区7家医院的650名护士进行问卷调查. 结果 护士工作幸福感总分为(62. 15±25. 15)分,高于中间得分133分;不同医院级别、科室、职称、职务、月总收入的护士群体的心理幸福感水平存在差异. 结论 浦东新区不同规模医院的护士工作幸福感有待提高;提高护士心理幸福感和积极情绪体验,降低护士消极情绪体验,应为护士提供相应的管理方法,提供支持性的工作环境,以提高护士的身心健康,提高护士工作幸福感.

The status quo and influencing factors of the nurses' work-related happiness in Pud-ong Area
Abstract:Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of the nurses' work-related happi-ness in Pudong Area, in order to provide a reference for the supportive nursing work environment. Methods From Jan-uary 2013 to March 2013 , a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate 650 clinical nurses from 7 hospitals in Pudong Area. Results The total score of nurses ' work-related happiness was ( 162. 15 ± 25. 15 ) , which is higher than the middle score 133. The analysis showed that level of hospital, department, education, job title, position, monthly income were influencing factors of nurses ' work-related happiness. Conclusion The work-related happiness of nurses from hospitals of different sizes at Pudong Area needs to be improved. The work-related happiness and positive emotional experience of nurses should be enhanced and their passive emotional experience should be reduced at the same time. The corresponding managing methods and supportive work environment should be provided in order to improve the nurses ' physical and mental health, and improve the nurses' work-related happiness.
