| 摘 要： | 目的 了解基层养老机构的发展现状与入住老人的需求.方法 通过发放调查问卷、实地走访及访谈等形式对日照市两家基层民办养老机构及5家县级敬老院进行调查.结果 日照市养老机构少,资源匮乏,入住率低,医疗问题成为老年人在养老中最关注的问题.经济收入不同的老年人对养老需求存在显著差异.结论 通过了解目前养老机构发展现状和老年人需求,为养老产业的发展提供了方向.

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the status quo and development of basic pension agencies and the needs of the admitted old men. Methods Through questionnaires, field visits and interviews, two basic private pension insti-tutions and five county-level old people's homes in Rizhao city were investigated. Results In Rizhao city, pension a-gency was less, resource was scarcity, and occupancy rate was low, health problems became the biggest concern for the elderly in the endowment process. The demands of the elderly with different economy-income level existed significant defferences. Conclusions By understanding the present development of pension institution and the elderly's demands, a direction for the development of the pension industry is provided. |
