摘    要:目的:探究不同的PICC置管部位对婴幼儿置管后并发症发生率的影响。方法选择2015年4月至2016年4月住院的130例婴幼儿患者,根据置管部位的不同分为实验组和对照组。实验组患儿经下肢静脉置入PICC,对照组患儿经上肢静脉置入PICC。比较PICC置管后两组患儿的并发症、一次性穿刺成功率、操作耗时、出血量及置管时间的差异。结果实验组患儿的一次性穿刺成功率与操作耗时均优于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05);两组患儿的并发症发生率、出血量以及置管时间比较,差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论经下肢静脉置入PICC,能够显著提高穿刺成功率,降低操作耗时,对置入PICC后的并发症影响较小,可优先选择下肢静脉进行PICC置管。

The influence of different sites of catheterization of PICC on the incidence of compli-cations for the infants after catheterization
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of different sites of catheterization of PICC on the incidence of complications for the infants after catheterization. Methods A total of 130 cases of infant patients hospitalized in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the sites of catheterization. The children of the experimental group were placed PICC through the venous, while the chil-dren of the control group were placed PICC through the upper extremity venous. The incidence of complications, the one-time success rate of puncture, the time for operation, the amount of bleeding and the time for catheterization of the two groups were compared. Results The one-time success rate and time for operation of the children of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in terms of the incidence of complications, the amount of bleeding and time for catheterization for children of the two groups ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion Placement of PICC through the venous can significantly im-prove the success rate and can reduce the time for operation, meanwhile it has less impact on the complications after catheterization. PICC placement through the venous can be choosen preferably.
