中频联合益肾汤治疗IgA肾病的护理研究

目的 观察中频联合益肾汤治疗气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者的临床疗效.方法 将40例IgA肾病患者随机地分为治疗组20例,对照组20例.治疗组给予中频刺激双肾俞及双脾俞再联合中药益肾汤;对照组给予中药益肾汤治疗,疗程为14 d.治疗前后测定两组患者尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、临床症状积分等.结果 治疗组临床症状积分、尿红细胞计数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05或P＜0.01,但24 h尿蛋白定量两组无明显差异,P＞0.05.结论 中频电联合益肾汤能明显减轻气阴两虚型IgA肾病患者腰酸、乏力、咽干、咽痛等临床症状,减轻血尿,发挥临床中医药治疗效果.

Abstract：

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intermediate frequency electric therapy combined with yishentang decoction on IgA nephropathy.Methods Forty patients with IgA nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 20 cases. The treatment group received electrical stimulation with spleen and kidney spots combined yishentang decoction; the control group received traditional Chinese medicine yishentang decoction, the treatment lasted for 14 days.urinary red blood cell amount, 24-hour urinary protein and clinical symptom score were measured before and after treatment.Results The clinical symptom score, urinary red blood cell amount, 24-hour urinary protein were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, (P<0.05 or P<0.01), but the 24-hour urinary protein had no difference statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusions The intermediate frequency electric therapy combined yishentang decoction can reduce IgA nephropathy of kidney Qi and Yin Deficiency type's clinical symptoms of backache, fatigue, dry throat, sore throat, and play a therapeutic effect in clinical medicine.
